Unlike the high frequency sealing, the ultrasonic wave can not only seal PVC or PETG. The material can also be sealed with PET material, and there is no electromagnetic damage to the packaged product, which is especially suitable for the packaging of electronic products; the disadvantage is that the ultrasonic sealing can only be separated by dots, and generally only one straight edge is sealed at a time.
Thick sheet blister: thick sheet blister, also known as thick plate blister, means that the raw material used is more than 2mm thick and cannot be molded on a fully automatic machine. It must be processed by a semi-automatic plastic forming machine for thick plates.
