3. Introduction to equipment performance
1. Control system: continuous plastic forming work such as feeding→heating→blistering→cooling→de-filming→cutting. Imported components are used to ensure the quality and quality of the whole machine;
2. Electric furnace control: The electric furnace is made of stainless steel, which avoids the use of iron plate in the same type of machine to produce iron oxide falling on the sheet under high temperature to cause the product to be scrapped;
3, temperature control system: the use of far-infrared ceramic heating bricks, independent control switch, uniform temperature control, built-in insulation materials, so that heat loss is reduced to a minimum, energy saving is significant;
4. Vibration demoulding: It can be adjusted arbitrarily between 0~9 times. The two upper molds can protect the molded product from deformation and cracking when demoulding;
5, secondary vacuum: built-in secondary vacuum, making the product easier to form, reducing scrap rate and improving product quality;
6. Control mode: semi-automatic operation and manual operation can be arbitrarily selected. Each action can be automatically or manually except for the upper and lower materials and the hot furnace movement; ensure the molding quality and improve the product quality.
