The equipment is a single-station program-controlled suction and pressure integrated molding machine. It is designed according to the products and requirements of your company. The electrical control system uses Japan's Omron, high-definition industrial touch display, equipped with intelligent algorithms for temperature control, and the entire system HMI (Human Machine Interface).

Sheet Discharging - Automatic Feeding - Sheet Transfer - Sheet Heating - Baking Spindle Pallet - Sheet Inflating - Vacuum Pressure Forming or Vacuum Blistering - Auxiliary Forming (Required for Vacuum) - Cooling Setup - Semi-finished products return to the loading area - automatic cutting - the next material.
